How does the 14-day trial work?

Sign up at crm.4way.digital and get 14 days of full Pro access with unlimited contacts and deals. No credit card required.

How do I subscribe?

Subscribe on the web at crm.4way.digital. Your Pro status syncs to iOS and Android automatically.

How do I add team members?

Settings → Team → Invite. Each invited member gets their own login and permissions. Pro includes up to 10 seats.

Does CRM integrate with Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. Settings → Integrations → Email lets you connect via OAuth in under a minute. Emails with your contacts sync automatically to their records.

Can I import contacts from another CRM?

Yes. We support CSV import and direct imports from HubSpot, Pipedrive, and a few others. Contact support if you need a migration from somewhere else.

Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes. Email crm@4way.digital and we'll send our current DPA for signature.

Bug reports

Found something broken? Please include:

What you were trying to do.
What happened instead (screenshots welcome).
Your device and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
App version (Settings → About).

Send it to crm@4way.digital. We triage within one business day and keep you updated on the fix.

System status

If something seems broken on our end — sign-in failing, sync not working, subscription not syncing — first check our status page (link coming soon). If there's an active incident, we post updates there in real time.
