Frequently asked

How do I subscribe to Pro?

Subscribe on the web at focus.4way.digital. Your Pro status syncs automatically to the iOS and Android apps when you sign in.

Why can't I subscribe inside the app?

We chose web-only billing to keep prices lower — app stores take a 15-30% cut. Same model Netflix and Spotify use.

What happens if I break a streak?

Streaks have grace days built in. Break badly? You can repair with a one-time honest check-in. Miss a week? You restart — but your history stays, so you can see your longest runs.

Can I pause habits for vacation?

Yes. Vacation mode freezes all your streaks and check-ins for up to 21 days at a time.

How is this different from other habit apps?

Focus Habit Lab is built on behavioral science, not gamification. Quests have clear outcomes, the Lab helps you run real experiments, and courses teach you the psychology behind lasting change.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Settings → Data → Export creates a full JSON archive of your habits, check-ins, quest history, and lab results.

What happened instead (screenshots welcome).
Your device and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
App version (Settings → About).
